Without a proper structure, working remotely can not only hinder your productivity, it can also put a strain on your mental wellbeing.

‘Look into the mirror who’s inside there, the one with the long hair, same old me again today’. This song (Unpretty by TLC) came on the radio the other day, and despite having listened to it on numerous occasions, I honestly felt every lyric and even had a little cry at the end. For me, it hit home about how insecure I can feel at times; insecure about my image, my life and what people think.
