Running a fashion blog can often require you to be daring, bold and attention-grabbing. And in a bid to stand out on social media, sometimes the most garish outfits are deliberately chosen to lure in those new followers.
After six months of blogging, I’m keen to rewrite my own fashion rules (thank you InTheFrow!). I want to recreate my own style, and not get lost in the world of accepting every gifted or sponsored outfit that comes my way.
The prospect of redefining my style really excites me, and I hope you enjoy coming on this new journey with me.
I decided to take a break from the traditional autumnal palette by mixing some pretty pastels into my wardrobe. This pale blue jumper served the ultimate dreamy vibe, which I complemented with creamy neutrals.
One of the main reasons I started blogging again was to share honest reviews. It’s tempting just to say everything is great, in fear of offending brands. But most of them really value an honest opinion – plus, I’d hate the thought of someone wasting their money!
So everything I share in this video has been handpicked as a genuine favourite. I really hope it gives you some inspiration, and if it does encourage you to try something new, I hope you enjoy using it as much as I do!
Since returning to the land of blogging, one of the most frequently asked questions I get is – ‘do you not feel embarrassed taking photos in public?’ In short, yes and no!
